With so many incredible landmarks around the world, the chances of us seeing them all in person is slim to none. That's why Tobu World Square in Japan is a sightseer's dream! The theme park contains over a hundred 1:25 scale models of the world's most historic buildings, complete with 140,000 1:25 miniature people who make the exhibits look strikingly real.

The park is divided into six zones based on regions of the world: America, Egypt, Europe, Asia, old Japan, and modern Japan. The landmarks are reproduced with great detail all the way down to cars, trains, and miniature people populating the sites, and feature gardens that change with the seasons.

Find the Best Location for Your Business

Find the Best Location for Your Business

How to Find the Best Location for Your Business :
When starting a business, it is very important to plan in advance and to seek the best location for it. Do not just plunge into the business and rent or buy the first location that you might think is good for you. It might prove to be the other way round. So take it step by step and do some research.

If you plan on opening a business in a different country, ask yourself some very important questions: What do you want to offer? Is that what you are offering something new, something unique? Does your product fit the living style of the population of the country? Do you need to adapt your product and marketing strategies? Is the work force there well-prepared for what you are going to open? Is it enough? Is it cheap? And after you have answered these questions, with some help from professionals, then you can pick a country for your business.

But countries are large and your business is small. Or it may be. So, let's see what are the tips for choosing a location no matter in which country, for a small business. It is very important to know how to attract consumers, but it is even more important to know where you can find them. So, one issue to be taken into consideration when searching for a location, is demographics. Researching the demographics of a certain area will give you a deep insight into what kind of place is good for your business. Consider the location from these points of view: institutions around (hospitals, schools, offices, etc.) traffic - can people go there both by car and on foot? is there a highway or just a road?; competition - too many competitors that offer the same services might not be quite good for you.

However, looking for competitors in the same area could also turn into an advantage. Take into consideration that you will benefit your competitor's efforts in attracting consumers. They have already researched the demographics, they have already used advertising to attract consumers. So you might just as well benefit from all these and cut some costs. However, be true to you and your competitors and if you get along well you can send each other customers and benefit from a variety of consumers.

If you still think you can't chose a location by yourself, is not a shame to appeal to professionals. On the contrary. Talking to a lawyer will help you with legal issues, will make sure you are going to benefit from the best lease contracts and might already know how to answer your most important questions.

Luxury $35 Million Glass Pavillion

Well-known Los Angeles designer, builder and Realtor – Steve Hermann of Steve Hermann Design – has listed what must be his biggest masterpiece to date: The Glass Pavilion, a 15,000 sq ft home set on 3.5 acres. When he builds in the Hollywood Hills or Beverly Hills, Mr. Herman says he is usually restricted to a small lot. This lot measures about three-and-a-half acres and gave him the space he needed to create a home featuring walls of glass.

Private and exclusive atop a rolling green lawn, the house appears to float as if weightless upon arrival up the driveway. The  architecture is stunning, taking top notes from upper echelon predecessors such as Mies van der Rohe’s Barcelona Pavilion and Phillip Johnson’s Glass House and expounding upon this architectural heritage to create a new classic.

The five bedroom, six bath Glass Pavilion includes a magnificent interior gallery space with walnut lined walls for showcasing   prized collections, currently occupied by the owner’s thirty two vintage cars.

Every detail of the home is world class from the Varena, Poliform and Antonio Lupi kitchen and bath fixtures to the Star Fire glass, used by high-end jewelers for impermeable display cases.  This is a dream home for someone who wants to make a grand statement in the modernist oeuvre while enjoying the sensation of being perpetually surrounded by the beautiful outdoors.

Beautiful Lakes Wallpapers

A ‘plopping’ sound as a fish breaks the surface and ripples widening out. You are at the edge of the lake now, the pebbles under foot, crunch, a moorhen is disturbed and runs off along the banking, distracting you from it’s nest. A kestral attracted by the disturbance, hovvers above the next field. The smell, of water and ‘ozone’, warmth and living. You lay down on the edge of the water and peer into its depths, you only see pond weed and small insects at first. As you remain still, layers of water somehow become apparent, the open light layer with minnows darting about, the next darker layer, a large carp is sitting, watching you as you watch him. Then the dark bottom of the pond, the brown silt moving with life.
The dragonflies catch your attention, landing on a bullrush nearby, you lift your gaze for a moment to see them in their metallic blue finery. From the corner of your eye you see a shape move in the water. You look back and realise there are loads of fish, you never noticed before, you saw their black shapes but did not recognise them as fish. There is another ‘pop’ sound and concentric circles form on the lake, a Moorhen runs away startled.
