Hair Loss Remedies For Women: Hair Fall Solution

Baldness or alopecia refers to the falling of hair or absence of hair on the head. It is the most common disorder among men. Hair is found on each and every part of the body except the hands, palms and soles of the feet. Hair is formed in minute pockets in the skin called follicles. An up growth at the base of follicle produces hair when a special group of cells turn amino acids into keratin, a type of protein, of which hair is made. The rate of production of these building blocks determines hair growth. There is a balance in the hair growth and falling of hair. Any problem in the body system can disturb this balance causing more of hair loss and finally baldness.

The Seven Giants of the Urals: Man-Pupu-Nyor, Russia

Man-Pupu-Nyor (little mountain of the gods) is a magical geological legacy sculpted deep within the Ural mountains in Russia. It consists of seven impressive rock formations with heights varying from 30 to 42 meters which reign over the solitary mountain plateau. The Seven Giants are located in an inhospitable and remote region in the Komi Republic, which is why access to Man-Pupu-Nyor is reserved to very well prepared travelers and usually requires helicopters or snowmobiles.

This is a place which inspired hundreds of legends throughout the years. The unusual shape of the giant rocks as well as their distribution (six grouped together and one several meters apart) was probably the reason for the most known myth. It is said that a shaman cast a spell on the evil giants and turned them into stone.
