Eye Care: 20-20-20 - Tips for Computer Users

An exercise for the eyes recommended by a specialist doctor that he termed as 20-20-20. It is apt for all of us, who spend long hours at our desks, looking at the computer screen.

Step I: After every 20 minutes of looking into the computer screen, turn your head and try to look at any object placed at least 20 feet away. This changes the focal length of your eyes, a must-do for the tired eyes.

Step II: Try and blink your eyes for 20 times in succession, to moisten them.

Step III: Time permitting of course, one should walk 20 paces after very 20 minutes of sitting in one particular posture. Helps blood circulation for the entire body.

Sakshi Dhoni Smoking Photographs

Two photographs of Sakshi Dhoni, the wife of M S Dhoni, are being circulated on the internet. Mahendra Singh Dhoni is the captain of Indian Cricket Team. He married Sakshi this year in Dehradun. In photographs, as you can see here, Mrs. Dhoni can be seen with a cigarette. In the second photo she is getting too closer with one of her male friends.
According to reports, these photographs are during Sakshi’s college days. Sakshi has done a course in Hotel Management from a college in Kolkata. She met Dhoni during her internship in Taj Mumbai. However, both of them have studied from same school in Ranchi.

2012 Nissan GT-R Facelift to be Debut at LA Auto Show

The North American market version of the revised Nissan GT-R supercar will make its first public appearance on this side of the Atlantic at the Los Angeles Auto Show on November 17th, the Japanese automaker announced today.

Semi-revealed at the Paris Motor Show earlier this month, the latest version of the GT-R gains a barely noticeable exterior makeover with a new front bumper featuring some rather tacky LED daytime running lights, a revised rear diffuser and new alloy wheel designs. Nissan says the exterior revisions improve the car's aerodynamics.

The GT-R also benefits from a refreshed interior and according to Nissan, enhanced performance with full details on the North American version to be released at the Los Angeles show.

The Japanese supercar will be designated as a 2012 model when it reaches Nissan showrooms in the United States and Canada early in the 2011 calendar year.
